The map of HOW an agent gets access to everything a repo touches - build toolchains (Android, desktop, iOS), secrets (.env, signing keys, test logins), and dashboards (Supabase, Render, Cloudflare, Stripe, GitHub, RunPod) - plus what you can install yourself versus what only the owner can grant, and the law on handling secrets. Read it THE MOMENT you think "I don't have access to X" or "I can't build or verify this surface", BEFORE telling the user you are blocked. Most "no access" walls are self-serve (install a toolchain) or a known owner grant with a known path. Use when you hit a missing toolchain (gradle, cargo, xcode, adb), a missing env var or secret, a locked dashboard, "how do I build the app", "how do I deploy", signing keys, test credentials, a read-only API key, or "the other agent has access and I don't".
