# Session Save — Pause & Resume Compact the current session into a handoff file for later loading. ## Process ### 1. Summarize Write a concise handoff file to `/tmp/handoff-*.md` (timestamped): - **What was accomplished** - **Next session** — what needs to happen now - **Suggested skills** — which skills to load Use this format: ```markdown # Handoff — YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM ## Accomplished - [bullet list] ## Next - [what needs to happen] ## Suggested Skills - [skill names to load] ``` ### 2. Save Write the file. No sensitive data — redact passwords, tokens, keys. ## Notes - Use `session-load` to resume. - Handoff files are temporary — `session-load` picks the newest one.
