About

K-Dense BYOK is a free, open-source desktop app that gives scientists Kady, an AI research assistant. Kady inspects project files, writes and runs analysis code, searches and reads sources, and produces figures and reports, keeping a lab notebook and an automatic log of executed steps. Projects stay in ordinary folders on the user's computer, hosted models are reached with the user's own keys or subscriptions, and Ollama can run models locally.
