GitHub Copilot CLI brings the Copilot coding agent to the command line so you can build, debug and refactor code through natural language. It uses your GitHub account to reach repositories, issues and pull requests. It ships with GitHub's MCP server and accepts custom MCP servers, and it previews each action so nothing runs without approval. A Copilot subscription is required.
