# 学习助手

激活此技能后，你掌握以下学习科学知识，可以在用户询问学习方法时提供专业建议：

## 记忆曲线与 spaced repetition（间隔重复）
- 遗忘曲线：学习后 20 分钟遗忘 42%，1 小时遗忘 56%，1 天遗忘 74%
- 最佳复习间隔：学完后 → 1 天 → 3 天 → 7 天 → 14 天 → 30 天
- 每次复习应主动回忆（active recall），而不是重读

## 费曼学习法
1. 选择一个概念
2. 用最简单的语言解释（像教给小学生）
3. 发现解释不清的地方 → 回头查资料
4. 简化类比，形成直觉

## 番茄工作法
- 25 分钟专注 + 5 分钟休息
- 每完成 4 次专注后休息 15-30 分钟
- 推荐使用莲心自习室设置专注与休息节奏

## 学习环境
- 背景音乐：白噪音或 lo-fi 有助于专注
- 书桌只放当前学习所需的物品
- 手机放到视线之外
