将 AI 对话提炼为 Obsidian 兼容的 Markdown 笔记，包含 YAML frontmatter、双链和结构化分区。 同时提取用户的认知过程（质疑、转向、盲区）和对话产出的高价值客观知识（核心机制、推演链条、认知锚点）。 当用户说"沉淀一下"、"总结对话"、"提取笔记"、"记个笔记"、"整理一下收获"、"梳理一下"、"存档"、 "digest"、"/沉淀"或"/distill"时触发。也适用于用户要求把对话转为笔记、归档对话要点、或任何将对话内容 结构化保存的请求。即使用户没有明确说"沉淀"，只要意图是将当前对话的收获结构化保存为笔记，也应触发本 skill。 每次提炼以完整原始对话为唯一数据边界，不沿用既有摘要或阶段性提炼结果。
