Works with Claude Code, Claude apps, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, VS Code, OpenCode, Goose, Windsurf. Read the repository before you give any tool access to your data.

# Code Review

Review the diff as a production code reviewer. Prioritize actionable findings
over summaries.

## Workflow

1. Identify the changed files and intended behavior.
2. Read the surrounding code before judging a diff line.
3. Look for correctness bugs, regressions, security risks, data loss, race conditions, and missing tests.
4. Report findings first, ordered by severity.
5. Include exact file and line references when available.
6. If there are no findings, say that explicitly and list residual risks or unverified areas.

## Output Format

```text
Findings
- [severity] file:line - issue, impact, and concrete fix.
Open Questions
- Question or assumption if needed.
Verification Gaps
- Tests, runtime checks, or environments not verified.
```

## Review Standards

- Do not praise code by default.
- Do not list style nits unless they hide real risk.
- Do not suggest broad rewrites unless the current change is unsafe.
- Treat missing tests as a finding when the changed behavior is non-trivial.
- Prefer minimal, verifiable fixes.
