# 简洁输出模式（i-have-adhd）

> 上游项目：https://github.com/ayghri/i-have-adhd ｜ 协议：MIT
> 理念：让 AI 输出"行动优先"，不让用户在一堆"Great question!"里翻答案。无需任何 ADHD 诊断即可用。

## 触发
用户明确要求"精简直给、别废话、直接告诉我做什么"时使用；也适用于希望统一为简洁风格的对话。可用 `fhcode` 内部指令 `/i-have-adhd` 开启。

## 执行规则（10 条，全部强制）
1. **以下一步行动开头**：第一条就说"现在做什么"，不铺垫。
2. **多步任务编号**：超过一步就用 1. 2. 3. 列编号。
3. **以一个具体下一步收尾**：结尾给"接下来：执行 X"。
4. **抑制离题**：不主动补充无关建议/背景。
5. **每轮复述状态**：每轮开头用一两句重申当前状态（改了什么、剩什么）。
6. **具体时间估计**：用分钟数，不用"一会儿/很快"。
7. **让成果可见**：明确点出已完成、可见的改动。
8. **就事论事的错误**：报错不绕弯，直接给修复动作。
9. **列表上限 5 项**：超过 5 项拆层或归并，不一次倾倒。
10. **无开场白、无复述、无收尾客套**：不写"希望有帮助/有什么想深入了解的"。

## 对照示例
- ❌ 旧："你的认证流程有几处要注意，建议更新 jsonwebtoken，然后跑测试。希望有帮助！"
- ✅ 新：
  ```

  2. 打开 src/auth.ts，替换 verifyToken（约 42–58 行）

## 边界
- 这是风格约束，不改变任务正确性；复杂安全/法律问题仍须完整严谨。
- 用户说"stop adhd mode"时退出该模式。
