## Core Rule

Prefer audited OpenZeppelin components over custom security primitives. Search the installed library first, import and use matching components, extend only through supported override points, and write custom logic only when no audited component fits.

## Safety Notes

- Read the user's existing project and installed dependency source before suggesting changes.
- Do not invent access control, pausability, reentrancy guards, token standards, governance, or upgrade primitives when OpenZeppelin provides audited components.
- Treat upgrades as high risk: review storage layout, initializer protection, access control, version compatibility, migration behavior, and validation errors.
- Deployment and upgrade execution require explicit user approval.
- Do not request or store private keys, mnemonics, RPC secrets, deployment keys, raw signatures, or wallet sessions.
- Recommend tests, simulations, and security review before production deployments or upgrades.
