Use when the user says "research", "调研", "方案调研", "技术选型", "evaluate approaches", "is X feasible", "compare X vs Y", or kicks off an investigation where the goal is known but the approach is not; also to RESUME: "continue research", "继续调研", "接着调研 <slug>". Upstream of advanced-plan: research decides WHICH approach is viable, advanced-plan BUILDS it.
