# Google Cloud CLI

Use `gcloud` for Google Cloud inspection and operations. Start by pinning project and account.

## Rules

- Always name active account, project, and region.
- Prefer `--project` and `--region` over ambient assumptions.
- Ask before IAM, billing, networking, database, or production mutations.
