Four AI personas with distinct risk appetites and values independently assess why the idea will fail — alongside the user's own failure intuitions — and synthesize everything into a verdict with contingency plans. Trigger whenever the user wants to stress-test an idea, run a pre-mortem, challenge a decision before committing, think through risks, or ask "why will this fail?" Also trigger for phrases like "devil's advocate", "what could go wrong", "stress test this", "negative manifestation", "challenge my thinking", or "poke holes in this".
