Markdown文書またはテキスト指示を対象に、計画・研究・設計・意思決定を一問ずつ深掘りする。前提、制約、リスク、トレードオフ、未解決事項を明らかにし、対象についての共通理解を作りたいときに使う。

tmp/done/ に溜まった着地済みの作業記録を読み、skill と plan の書き方の 改善点を引き出して提案し、承認後に done/ を空にする。 land-worktree が 3 本以上あると知らせたときに使う。 1 本の着地直後には使わない。材料が足りず判断が形骸化する。
