# problem-framer

Converts vague fog into a structured **Problem Frame**. This skill sits at the very beginning of the sensemaking process, helping to define the "problem under the problem."

## Workflow
1. **Fog Capture**: Listen to the user's raw idea or observation.
2. **Deconstruction**: Identify the "Problem Under the Problem" (the root cause or hidden desire).
3. **Boundary Identification**: Determine the "Object Under Pressure" (the specific system part that is most impacted).
4. **Failure Analysis**: Identify the failure mode we are trying to avoid.
5. **Success Definition**: Define what must be true for the solution to be considered successful.
6. **Synthesis**: Produce a Problem Frame.

## Output Format
Every response must follow the [Problem Frame](references/problem-frame-template.md) structure.

## Boundary Rule
Do not propose specific technical solutions or implementations. Focus only on framing the problem and the desired outcome.
