Skills reference Cursor harness paths (~/.cursor/plugins, Task tool, /commands). On Hermes, path lookups fall back to this repo's skills/pstack/ tree. setup-pstack writes model config — review before applying. poteto-mode scripts under scripts/ are TypeScript/bun and optional.
