Follow repository commit conventions and the staged diff; use installed git cz/git-cz or one-off npx git-cz, with --non-interactive --type <type> --subject <subject> and required metadata, then verify the commit. For setup, follow [configuration guidance](references/git-cz.md), pin stable dependencies and preserve the adapter; -e disables emoji, and committing does not authorize pushing.
