Need help deploying conformance-run?
Chalk Labs sets up agents like this inside real teams: connected to your tools, tested on your data, with a human in the loop where it matters.
Install
Works with Claude Code, Claude apps, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, VS Code, OpenCode, Goose, Windsurf. Read the repository before you give any tool access to your data.
npx agentmarket install skill/texarkanine-conformance-run
Asks which of your tools to add it to (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Claude Desktop) and shows the change first. See https://agentmart.dev/cli.

# Conformance Run Drive one attended capability run for this plugin. Artifact, fixture, and observation paths are relative to the **launch workspace** (the directory that was `pwd` when this session started): `plugintest/CURRENT/artifacts/`, `plugintest/CURRENT/fixtures/`, `plugintest/CURRENT/observations/`. Plugin code (scripts, prompts) lives in the install tree. If the harness exposes `$PLUGIN_ROOT`, use it only to address those files — do not `cd` into the plugin cache, and do not treat `$PLUGIN_ROOT` as the run directory. These steps test the harness you run in, not you. Do only and exactly what each prompt asks so we can evaluate the harness fairly. If expected output is missing or a check reports **not observed**, that is expected: you are not being evaluated, and we are testing the harness together. This skill reports what was **observed**, **not observed**, or **skipped**. It does not judge harness support. ## 1. Setup From the launch workspace, run: ```bash bash "$PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/setup.sh" ``` If `$PLUGIN_ROOT` is unset, use the absolute install path your harness already used to load this plugin. Answer the harness / model prompts. Setup resets fixtures and artifacts; it must not clear `plugintest/CURRENT/observations/`. Do not delete `plugintest/CURRENT` between SessionStart and setup. ## 2. Stepped probes For each step below, in order: 1. Open the listed prompt file under `$PLUGIN_ROOT/prompts/`. 2. Follow that prompt in this session (one probe boundary per step). Writes go under `plugintest/CURRENT/` in the launch workspace. 3. When the turn is done, run the matching check from the launch workspace. 4. Tell the operator the check result using only **observed**, **not observed**, or **skipped** (plus any detail the checker printed). 5. Stop and wait for the operator to say **next** before continuing. | Step | Prompt | Check | | --- | --- | --- | | 1 | `prompts/01-r1-cats.md` | `python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py 1` | | 2 | `prompts/02-r2-js-create.md` | `python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py 2` | | 3 | `prompts/03-r2-js-edit.md` | `python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py 3` | | 4 | `prompts/04-r3-py-create.md` | `python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py 4` | | 5 | `prompts/05-r3-py-edit.md` | `python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py 5` | | 6 | `prompts/06-r4-poem.md` | `python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py 6` | | 7 | `prompts/07-s1-stamp.md` | `python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py 7` | | 8 | `prompts/08-a1-audit.md` | `python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py 8` | | 9 | `prompts/09-h1-hooks-battery.md` | `python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py 9` | | 10 | `prompts/10-m1-mcp.md` | `python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py 10` | | 11 | `prompts/11-l1-lsp.md` | `python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py 11` | Run each check only once. Do not edit artifacts after running a check. ## 3. Summary After step 11 and the operator's final **next** (or when they ask for the table), run: ```bash python $PLUGIN_ROOT/scripts/check.py --summary ``` Show the operator the full capability table. Rows may be marked **(discretionary)** — those soft **not observed** results often warrant a single-step re-run before drawing conclusions. The table may also include a SessionEnd line from the hooks log.
