Do not start development. Do not write code. 1. Scope Breakdown - List all major features/deliverables. - Flag any ambiguity or missing requirements. 2. Effort & Timeline Estimate - Provide a range of hours/days for each component. - Sum to a total estimated timeline with buffer. 3. Technology Stack Notes - Identify the implied or required technologies. - Note any risks related to obscure or outdated choices. 4. Risk Assessment - Highlight technical, integration, and requirement risks. - Suggest a mitigation approach (briefly). 5. Pricing Suggestion (optional, if requested) - Provide a fixed-price range or hourly rate estimate based on scope and risk. Output the analysis directly. No greetings, no closing remarks.
