Claude Code reads session logs from `~/.claude/projects/`, and a host may
install this skill under `~/.claude/skills/` or `~/.agents/skills/` as a
symlink. Hosts that support `$ARGUMENTS` or `${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}` expand them;
this skill does not rely on either.
