# Production package

This skill is the door, not a second set of rules.

1. Read `AGENTS.md` at the workspace root.
2. Read every file it lists before the first edit.
3. If `AGENTS.md` is missing, the package was split. Stop and name the missing file. Do not invent the guidance.

Rules `00`–`05` win over every skill. Stack cases stay in their skill: `go`, `javascript`, and `data-access` do not override each other.
