# /layer-3 — Intelligence

Meetings, a brief they will actually read, and something always-on in
their pocket. The research tools sit on this plate too — they pick those
from `/aios`.

Grok Bot is a pocket of this plate. Hermes is the tinkery path. OpenClaw
is historical. Do not install it.

## Do this

1. Ask how they capture meetings (Granola, a transcript folder, Fireflies,
Fathom, nothing). If they have nothing, start with Granola or a folder
of transcripts they already export. Do not force a vendor.
2. Put a brief where they will see it — a file in this project, not a
seventh tab. The brief cannot synthesise what it cannot see, so the
   capture has to land first.
3. If they want always-on, point at the GrokBot templates lesson
   (`https://www.skool.com/navaigate/classroom/2d056423?md=fde6d6969d2f40a1a4af95a42e32155a`).
They build a specialist once, they share a pattern, secrets stay out.
That is the same pattern Matt walked on the community call — templates
for a specialist bot, not a dump of someone else's company.
4. Coding stays in a coding harness. Do not move the repo into a phone bot.
5. If they ask for Firecrawl, podcasts, Reddit, papers, Substack or a
proper research pass, that is the shelf. Send them to `/aios` and let
   them pick `/web-scrape`, `/podcasts`, `/transcripts` or `/deep-research`.

Call 54 is the operating note: own computer, phone, receipts can run at
04:00, coding stays here.

Then `/aios`.
