# Motion (Framer Motion) Development ## Goal Implement fluid, component-level animations, layout transitions, drag gestures, and scroll animations using Motion. ## Guidelines - Use `<motion.div>` and variants for clean declarative transition states. - Support `AnimatePresence` for smooth exit transitions. - Handle gestures (`whileHover`, `whileTap`) and scroll-driven triggers efficiently.
