About

Formal bidirectional contract authority between skills and agents. Every skill declares which agent types should load it; every agent domain declares which skills it loads per task category. No orphan skills, no unnecessary cross-lineage loads. Use when checking which skills an agent should load, which agents consume a skill, validating cross-lineage bridges (hm↔hf), detecting orphan skills with no agent bindings, or verifying contract compliance. Triggers: integration contracts, skill-agent bindings, agent skill loading, cross-lineage validation, orphan skill detection, which skills for agent, which agents use skill, contract compliance check, agent skill permissions, skill consumption list. NOT for creating agents or skills — that belongs to hf-meta-builder and hm-spec-driven-authoring.

Use cases: documents, security, productivity, agent-building

## Overview

Define and enforce bidirectional agent↔skill bindings across all 5 Hivemind lineages. Every skill declares its intended agent audience; every agent domain declares required skill sets. This prevents orphan skills (no agent loads them), unnecessary cross-lineage loads (violating D-AD-01), and undocumented skill dependencies.

**This skill is the contract authority.** It is the source of truth for which agents load which skills and which skills are consumed by which agents.

## On Load

1. Read `references/agent-to-skill-bindings.md` — complete agent domain → required skills mapping
2. Read `references/skill-to-agent-bindings.md` — complete skill → consumed-by agents mapping
3. Read `references/cross-lineage-rules.md` — D-AD-01 enforcement rules
4. Read `references/contract-schema.md` — the contract declaration schema for both SKILL.md and agent .md files
5. Validate the binding under question against the canonical tables

## Agent-to-Skill Bindings

Each agent domain loads a mandatory set of skills. These are non-negotiable — an agent without its required skills is under-equipped for its task domain.
