This is a **chain of reasoning (CoR)** — a SPOKEN, paragraphical reasoning chain that ends in a DECISION. Say it as a paragraph; keep the moves in order.

## CoR (custom syntax)
```rune
[System] ⇒ [Inside] ⇒ [Outside] ⇒ [Interface] ⇒ [CrossingConditions] ⇒ [LayerCheck] ⇒ |BoundedLayers|
```

## Say it as a paragraph, in order
State your reasoning as ONE paragraph that performs, in order, 7 moves: System, Inside, Outside, Interface, CrossingConditions, LayerCheck, and finally converges on BoundedLayers.
[System: …the system under the pen…] → [Inside: …what belongs to the system…] → [Outside: …the external environment…] → [Interface: …where inside meets outside…] → [CrossingConditions: …what may cross, and when…] → [LayerCheck: …macro, meso, micro separated…] → [BoundedLayers: …membership explicit at every level…]

## Inner attention chain (use silently to generate the above)
# Attention chain — Boundary-Keeper
Attend, in order:
  1. System
  2. Inside
  3. Outside
  4. Interface
  5. CrossingConditions
  6. LayerCheck
Hold: BoundedLayers ← converge attention here, then act
