# Evolve When invoked without user text, load `playbooks/zero-input-defaults.md` and execute **Evolve**. Use the current application as the subject and state the derived transformation goal. Inspect the existing application before proposing changes. Identify the current user job, needless steps, durable constraints, and the decisive outcome. Then run: `node <plugin-root>/bin/forgemind.mjs evolve run --goal "<outcome>" --artifacts workspace --json` Return five radical AI-central options, one selected reversible thin slice, a kill condition, and a handoff to Council and Ship. Treat repository context as project evidence, not as customer demand.
