Use BEFORE designing or shipping any PR on the Orion codebase. Runs the mechanical PR-discipline checklist from feedback_pr_discipline.md — fetches latest main, greps for existing helpers, checks for in-flight work on the surface, verifies tsc + tests, and pauses for the operator to state domain-model + root-cause in writing. Prevents the 2026-05-19 failure pattern where 6 of 7 PRs got superseded by Colton because they were built against stale main / wrong domain model. Triggers also on "/preflight", "preflight check", "before I ship", "is my PR ready", "level up before pushing".
