- CRMプロジェクト（zero-color.atlassian.net）のConfluence「Postmortem」スペース配下にインシデント報告書ページをdraftで作成するスキル。ユーザーが「ポストモーテム作成」「インシデント報告書を書きたい」「create postmortem」「障害振り返り」のようにインシデントの記録・Confluenceでの報告書作成を求めた際に必ず使用する。Confluenceの既存テンプレートに沿って、事象・影響範囲・タイムライン・原因・対応策・アクションアイテムをADF形式でステータスマクロ（色付きバッジ）付きで構成する。プロジェクト固有のcloudId/parentId/色マッピングを全て内包しているので、ユーザーは事象情報だけ渡せばよい。
