Every piece is **searchable**, **shareable**, or both. Search first. Random posts are not a strategy.

Load `profile`. Different projects keep different calendars. Don't blend.

## Ask only what's missing

Goal (traffic / leads / trust), audience questions, what already works, what you can actually ship (writing, talking-head, both).

## Pillars

3–5 topics the project can own. Each pillar = a cluster, not one viral.

Good pillar: product-true, audience-true, enough subtopics, not a one-off.

Buyer stage modifiers:

- Awareness: what is / how to
- Consideration: vs / alternatives / best
- Decision: pricing / demo
- After: template / setup

## Score ideas

Customer impact 40 · product fit 30 · search 20 · cost 10.

Ship the top of that list, not the cleverest title.

## Output

- Pillars + why
- Next 8 pieces: title, searchable/shareable, keyword/intent, format (article / talking-head / short)
- What not to write

## Operator overlays

- Channel work: video plus shorts. Use `hook`, `portrait`, and `post` for talking-head.
- Client and agency work: acquisition and proof. Never invent case-study numbers.
- Don't plan 40 posts. Plan 8 you can finish.
