# Review Memory Provenance contributions

1. Inspect the exact proposed head and affected claim paths.
2. Confirm all examples are synthetic and all citations resolve to public bibliographic records.
3. Check that recollection is not silently upgraded to observation or corroborated fact.
4. Identify dependent sources, retrospective reinterpretation, and source-monitoring risks.
5. Require neutral language for unresolved hypotheses and avoid diagnostic or treatment claims.
6. Re-run contradiction and uncertainty tests.
7. Run the public-release audit and block ambiguous material.
