Need help deploying rolling-wave-common?
Chalk Labs sets up agents like this inside real teams: connected to your tools, tested on your data, with a human in the loop where it matters.
Install
Works with Claude Code, Claude apps, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, VS Code, OpenCode, Goose, Windsurf. Read the repository before you give any tool access to your data.
npx agentmarket install skill/rijkvanzanten-rolling-wave-common
Asks which of your tools to add it to (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Claude Desktop) and shows the change first. See https://agentmart.dev/cli.

SKILL.md (first lines)
# Rolling-Wave Common This is a support skill for the rolling-wave skill set. It is not a user-facing workflow entry point. Use these references when maintaining or executing the phase skills: - `references/artifacts.md`: project and slice artifact templates. - `references/lifecycle.md`: status ownership and transition rules. - `references/pushback.md`: shared evidence-based pushback standard. Each phase skill still duplicates the short core invariants in its own `SKILL.md` so it can operate in fresh context. Load these shared references only when detailed templates or transition rules are needed.
