Covers creating projects non-interactively (agent-friendly), renaming the default envs to development/preview/production, uploading secrets, type-safe env access in TypeScript apps, CI integration via GitHub Actions, and syncing secrets to Cloudflare Workers (wrangler) and Fly.io (flyctl).
