# Task Breakdown Break the approved first feature into the fewest small ordered tickets needed for a testable result. Give each ticket a stable ID, single outcome, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and state. Keep implementation and verification visible. Mark only the next executable ticket `Ready`. Future ideas may be recorded separately as non-binding, but do not create a full roadmap or make future work ready. Do not claim work is complete without evidence.
