SKILL.md (first lines)

这个 skill 使用当前 conversation context 和 codebase understanding 产出 PRD。默认写入 `docs/features/<feature>/PRD.md`。**不要**访谈用户，只综合你已经知道的内容；只有核心用户问题或功能边界无法判断时，才问一个阻塞性问题。

Repo 的 document workflow、issue tracker 和 triage label vocabulary 应该已经提供给你；如果没有，运行 `/setup-ai-document-system`。

## Process

1. 如果还没有探索 repo，先读取 repo 中实际存在的 agent adapter（例如 `AGENTS.md`、`CLAUDE.md`、`.cursor/rules/` 或 `.github/copilot-instructions.md`）、`docs/agents/document-system.md`、`docs/agents/domain.md`，再探索 codebase 当前状态。在 PRD 中始终使用项目 domain glossary vocabulary，并遵守相关 ADRs。

   如果输入来自 BMad PRD、product brief、readiness report 或 `_bmad-output/`，同时读取 `docs/BMAD_INTEGRATION.md` 和 `docs/LEVEL3_BMAD_WORKFLOW.md`。BMad 输出是 source material，不是正式真相源；只有写入 `docs/features/<feature>/PRD.md` 后才成为产品约束。

2. 确定 feature slug。若用户没有指定，从功能名称生成简短 kebab-case slug，并使用 `docs/features/<feature-slug>/PRD.md` 作为目标路径。

3. 只记录产品层信息：用户问题、解决方案、用户故事、功能范围、非目标、业务验收标准和补充说明。不要在 PRD 中写 API contract、数据库表结构、类名、文件路径或具体实现方案；这些属于 `to-spec` 或 ADR。

4. 如果对话中已经出现实现约束或测试想法，把它们放到 `Further Notes`，并明确标记为 “input for Spec”。不要把它们写成最终技术契约。

5. 如果 BMad 材料和既有 `PRD.md` 冲突，明确列出冲突并采用用户确认后的正式结论；不要让 BMad 输出和 `docs/` 平级竞争。

6. 创建或更新 `docs/features/<feature-slug>/PRD.md`。完成后判断是否需要 `to-plan`：如果功能跨阶段、跨功能或交付顺序复杂，建议先运行 `/to-plan`；否则建议直接运行 `/to-spec`。
