Use for new project structure, folder reorganization, AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md setup, architectural boundary rules, and renames or migrations that touch many files. Covers single-app and monorepo layouts, types-first safe defaults, deep module design, native boundary enforcement (2026 tooling), generated contracts, a verification ladder with boot checks, risk-tiered autonomy, and runtime-surface verification. Scale the structure to the project; small tasks need only §2, §12, and §16.
