- Right-sizes the controls for an agentic system before it is designed: elicits its shape and risks across eight expert lenses, recommends a proportionate set of controls as a report, records the decisions, and renders an evolving system map. Use when planning a system of two or more components with at least one edge between them — multi-agent systems, tool-using agents, orchestrator/worker graphs, agent-to-agent or agent-to-service calls — or when reached from the compound branch of /hitl:pm-design-feature. Produces a neutral design handoff and authors no manifest field: a human authors the manifest, and the compound-agentic validators check it.
