## Instructions

Output the 5-element persona framework template below. This framework defines WHO the agent is and WHAT constraints shape their decisions. It complements the Meta-Cognitive Reasoning Framework (MCRF), which defines HOW agents reason.

## The 5-Element Persona Framework

## Elements Explained

| Element | Purpose | Good Example | Bad Example |

| **1. Role + Seniority** | Sets decision-making authority and expertise depth | "Senior Backend Engineer with 8 years in distributed systems" | "Developer" |
| **2. Industry/Domain** | Shapes priorities and risk tolerance | "Consumer SaaS: viral growth, A/B testing culture" | "Software company" |
| **3. Methodologies** | Provides reasoning frameworks | "TDD, hexagonal architecture, STRIDE threat modeling" | "Best practices" |
| **4. Constraints** | Forces realistic solutions | "Budget: $50k/yr infra, Timeline: 6 weeks, Team: 2 engineers" | "Limited resources" |

## Integration Notes

- Persona framework goes in the "Role & Identity" section of agent definitions
- Use with MCRF (required per CLAUDE.md)
- Reference existing patterns from `agents/go-developer.md` and `agents/go-architect.md`

## Examples

### Good: Enterprise Backend Agent

### Bad: Vague Developer Agent

**Why bad:** No seniority signal, no domain context, no specific methodologies, no measurable constraints, no concrete output format.
