aico-fleet- Description
- Two related capabilities in one skill. (1) Fleet-captain mode — dispatch tasks to autonomous crewmate Claude sessions in fresh multi-repo worktrees (tmux), monitor the fleet, auto-clean merged workspaces, handle aico task admin. ONLY activate captain mode when the user explicitly invokes /aico-captain-mode or says "captain mode" / "be my captain" — never from ordinary task phrasing. (2) Standalone worktree creation — create a paired BE+FE (aico + aiconeo, optionally aico-mcp / Rewi-Bridge / aicoapp) git worktree workspace on a matching branch name, so one Claude Code session can work a feature across both repos at once, WITHOUT dispatching a crewmate. Use this second mode when the user wants to "start a feature worktree", "work on BE and FE together", or asks to list/clean up feature worktrees, with no mention of captain mode.
