# Terraform Infrastructure as Code Diagnostics

> Inspection and drift detection for Terraform / OpenTofu managed infrastructure.

## Safety Rules
* Run `terraform plan` to observe proposed changes before ever running `terraform apply`.
* Do not apply changes that show resource destruction without explicit confirmation.
* Ensure remote state lock is respected.

## Diagnostic Runbook
1. Check workspace: `terraform workspace show`
2. Check drift without applying: `terraform plan -detailed-exitcode`
3. Inspect state resources: `terraform state list`
4. Show specific resource details: `terraform state show <resource>`
