# idea-refine 把模糊想法收斂成可開始規劃的概念。 ## 目標 - 找出真正要解的問題 - 定義使用者、核心情境、成功條件 - 收斂成 1 個建議方向與 1-2 個備選 ## 流程 1. 若問題還太散，先轉 `interview-me` 2. 用最少問題補足： - 誰要用 - 主要痛點 - 最重要的結果 - 限制：時間、預算、平台、資料來源 3. 若答案仍散，列 2-4 個方向： - 做什麼 - 不做什麼 - 主要風險 4. 比較方向： - 使用者價值 - 實作成本 - 維護複雜度 - 外部依賴 5. 給預設建議方向，並說明原因。 ## 產出 - 一句話產品定義 - 目標使用者 - 核心流程 - MVP 範圍 - 主要風險 - 建議下一步：進 `spec-driven-development` ## 規則 - 不直接跳去寫 code。 - 不一次丟太多問題。 - 能從 repo、文件、現有程式推導的，不要再問。 - 若是舊專案改善，先界定要保留什麼、要修什麼。
