Need help deploying debug?
Chalk Labs sets up agents like this inside real teams: connected to your tools, tested on your data, with a human in the loop where it matters.
Install
Works with Claude Code, Claude apps, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, VS Code, OpenCode, Goose, Windsurf. Read the repository before you give any tool access to your data.
npx agentmarket install skill/mohammed-moniem-debug
Asks which of your tools to add it to (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Claude Desktop) and shows the change first. See https://agentmart.dev/cli.

# Debug 1. Reproduce the exact symptom with a deterministic command, test, trace, or benchmark. Record environment and expected versus actual behavior. 2. Minimize the reproduction without losing the failure. 3. Form 3–5 falsifiable hypotheses ranked by evidence and cost to test. 4. Instrument the boundary that separates the leading hypotheses. Avoid broad speculative edits. 5. Test one hypothesis at a time and update the evidence table. 6. Check the requested authority before modifying files. For diagnosis-only requests, stop with the evidence-backed cause and proposed remediation; do not implement a fix. 7. When repair was requested, fix the verified cause with the smallest durable change. 8. Add a regression test at a stable observable seam. 9. Re-run the original reproduction, focused checks, and relevant surrounding checks. Remove temporary instrumentation. 10. Write a concise postmortem: cause, why existing controls missed it, fix, regression evidence, and prevention only when justified. If no reliable feedback loop can be built, say what is missing and route external knowledge to `questionnaire` or a bounded experiment to `prototype`.
