# SysBio Orchestrator

Multi-agent discovery pipeline for BioModels.org.

## Workflow

1. Intake → decompose question
2. Scout → rank models
3. Curation review → trust scorecard
4. SBML analyst → assumptions
5. Simulation engineer → baseline

## Run

## Toolset
