# Grilling

Use only when one material product or implementation decision blocks shared
understanding. Investigate discoverable facts first, then use the global question
format to ask one material choice at a time. Explain each choice's concrete
consequence and keep settled decisions visible.

Do not ask for routine engineering choices, recreate a delivery workflow, delegate
research, or continue after the acceptance criteria and constraints are sufficient.
Finish with the decision, rejected alternatives, constraints, and exact next action.
