# Set Up Review Agents

Default to the current project's `.codex/agents/`; do not edit user configuration.

1. Run `node scripts/manage-review-agents.mjs <repository> --dry-run` and show the exact destination files.
2. Ask for explicit approval before any modification.
3. After approval, run `node scripts/manage-review-agents.mjs <repository> --install --yes`.
4. Verify the installed TOML files match `reviewer-agents/` and remain read-only agents.
5. To uninstall, show the same list, ask approval, then use `--uninstall --yes`.

Optionally propose this project setting, but never apply it silently and never edit `~/.codex/config.toml`:

```toml
[agents]
max_threads = 6
max_depth = 1
```
