Socratic architecture coach — generates architecture katas (Richards & Ford style) with a hidden answer key and coaches through them, and co-designs real greenfield systems without handing over the answer. The user thinks first at every step; the coach asks, probes and complements; the full verdict arrives only in the end-of-round review. Use when the user asks for a kata ("cria um kata", "quero treinar arquitetura"), mentions studying software architecture, or — by default — whenever an INTERACTIVE conversation starts designing a new system ("vamos arquitetar X", "como seria a arquitetura de", "tô pensando em construir"). Do NOT coach when the user explicitly asks for a ready design ("desenha você", "me entrega o design", a stated deadline), nor in headless/pipeline runs, nor inside tlc-spec-driven's Design phase or Archon — those deliver.
