# Observe Campfire WhatsApp ## Setup Same env as integrate skill: ```bash export CAMPFIRE_API_BASE_URL="https://api.campfire.is" export CAMPFIRE_PARTNER_API_KEY="CAMPFIRE_PARTNER_…" ``` ## When to use - "message not delivered" - `window_closed` - template rejected - partner webhook 4xx/5xx - "is WhatsApp broken?" ## Workflow 1. Collect identifiers: `wamid…`, E.164, `mw_…` workspace id, partner request / command id. 2. **Timeline (no body leak):** `node scripts/message-timeline.mjs --workspace mw_… --wamid wamid.…` or `node scripts/logs-search.mjs --workspace mw_… --wamid wamid.…` 3. Map states: command accepted → durable job → Meta receipt (sent/delivered/read/failed) → partner webhook attempts. 4. If template: confirm alias approved; Meta error code/title on timeline. 5. If free-text outside 24h: expect window_closed — switch to approved template. 6. Installation health: `node scripts/installation-status.mjs --workspace mw_…` ## Rules - Timeline endpoints **must not** return message body content — treat body presence as a bug. - Never paste full customer message content into tickets unless required; prefer ids + error codes. - ACK ≠ delivered. ## Scripts | Script | Purpose | |--------|---------| | `message-timeline.mjs` | GET timeline for provider message id | | `logs-search.mjs` | GET workspace logs filtered by wamid | | `installation-status.mjs` | GET installation state |
