# Ultrawork / ULW Loop v2

## Opening ceremony / 开场仪式 (required)

When ULW **starts** (or you re-enter an active ULW session), treat the first reply as a **ritual**, not a casual ack.

Hook inject + disk: `.omg/ulw-loop/CEREMONY.md` (survives if inject is dropped).

**Hard gates:**

### Ritual steps

1. **Line 1** — exactly `ULTRAWORK MODE ENABLED!` or `ULTRAWORK 模式已启动！` (no prefix/suffix/fence)
2. **Line 2** — one-line goal restatement
3. **From paragraph 3** — enter **explore** with concrete tools; no pure status chatter
4. **Only after ceremony** — Write / implement / mutating shell

## Phases (state machine)

| Phase | You must |

| **explore** | Search/Read codebase (spawn `explore`). Record findings. |
| **implement** | Write code (spawn `hephaestus` if deep). |
| **verify** | Run tests/lint/typecheck. |

Hooks advance phases from Read/Write activity.

## DONE gate (hard)

`<promise>DONE</promise>` is **rejected** unless:

1. Explore evidence (Reads)  
2. Implement evidence (Writes) — unless pure research task with writes=0 already past implement  
3. Verify: `<promise>VERIFIED</promise>` **or** diagnostics clean / tests passed  
4. No incomplete todos  
5. No failing `diagCommand` errors

## Stall (omo-aligned escalation + circuit)

Config: `.omg/config.json` `"maxUlwStall": 8` or env `OMG_MAX_ULW_STALL` (`0` = never auto-cancel).

Shell (e.g. `npm test`) counts as progress. Research/audit tasks set `researchOnly` at start (implement writes optional).
