This skill was split in two:

- **`html-communication`** (`skills/html-communication/SKILL.md`): write and
  publish HTML documents (plans, specs, findings, reports, UI mocks).
- **`postplan-read`** (`skills/postplan-read/SKILL.md`): read a `postplan.dev`
  URL that a user supplies.

Read the one that matches the task and follow it.
