Reviews the current project context, then interviews the user to uncover the real goal behind a feature or project, and produces a copy-pasteable spec-generation prompt designed to capture the user's intent so clearly that any downstream AI agent reading it knows exactly what to build. Use this skill whenever the user says "I want to build X", "help me design Y", "I need a spec for Z", "let's plan this feature/project", or any time they're kicking off design or implementation work without a clear, validated spec. Also trigger when the user is proposing something monolithic, seems unclear on scope, or is about to jump straight into implementation without thinking through edge cases and success criteria first.
