## Before Writing Code

Read at least one existing file in the same directory or module to detect:

1. **Quote style** — single vs double quotes
2. **Indentation** — tabs vs spaces, indent width
3. **Semicolons** — present or omitted
4. **Naming** — camelCase, snake_case, PascalCase, kebab-case
5. **Imports** — style, ordering, grouping
6. **Trailing commas** — yes or no
7. **Line length** — approximate max width
8. **Bracket style** — same line or new line

## Rules

- Match the existing style exactly. Do not introduce a different convention.
- If a formatter config exists (`.prettierrc`, `.eslintrc`, `pyproject.toml`, `.editorconfig`, `rustfmt.toml`), that takes priority.
- If no existing code or config exists, use the language's community standard.
- Never mix styles within a single file.
