1. Call **`channel.status`** — relay its output as the current state. 2. Per channel, give one concrete next step: - **Zalo** not logged in → "Run `/zalo:auth` to scan the QR." - **Zalo** logged in, nobody allowed, policy=pairing → "Have your contact DM your Zalo account (send `zalo:pair`). Approve with `/zalo:access zalo pair <code>`." - **Zalo** logged in, people allowed, policy still `pairing` → "Consider locking down: `/zalo:access zalo policy allowlist`." - **Telegram** token missing → "Set `MCP_TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN` in the plugin env config, then restart." - **Telegram** token present, nobody allowed → "Have your contact DM the bot. Approve with `/zalo:access telegram pair <code>`." - Any channel fully configured → "Ready." To start a session that receives inbound messages: ``` claude --dangerously-load-development-channels plugin:zalo@imrim12 ```
